Data, privacy, and safety

Zapier does not automatically train AI models on data from Enterprise customers, who are opted out by default; Free, Professional, and Team customers must submit a manual opt-out request. Zapier disclosed three security incidents between February 2025 and May 2026, including a code-repository breach and an NPM supply-chain compromise, with no confirmed customer data loss reported in any of them.
